Useful-life ranges follow standard reserve-study component tables (including HUD's estimated useful life table and published reserve-study firm data); cost ranges are 2026 national figures cross-checked against at least two published cost guides per component. Each page lists its sources and last-verified date. National ranges only — regional premiums are noted but your local bids govern. This library is informational, not engineering advice, and is not a substitute for a professional reserve study.
